Phase 1:  CONCEPT DESIGN

We begin by understanding your requirements, preferred style, budget, and project timeline to define the project brief and overall design direction. We will also review any planning or site constraints to understand the project’s potential.

Typical deliverables include: The Project brief, Concept sketches & mood board, Preliminary budget assessment and an indicative project timeline.

Phase 2:  DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

During this phase, we will explore layout and façade options and assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each solution.

The final outcome of this stage will be a package prepared for Planning Submission.

We will manage the submission process and coordinate all communications with the planning authority during the determination period.

Phase 3: TECHNICAL DESIGN

Following planning approval, we will further refine and develop the design. Additional detail and technical definition will be incorporated into the plans, sections, and elevations.

The drawings produced during this phase will allow contractors to accurately price the works, providing greater clarity on the overall project cost before construction begins.

Phase  4:  CONSTRUCTION

Once construction begins on site, we will oversee the progress of the works to help ensure the project is delivered in line with the approved design and quality expectations.

Through regular site visits, weekly reports, ongoing coordination, and design reviews, we will support the construction process and help ensure the project progresses smoothly through to completion.
