A beautiful semi-detached house in South London, this project involved a fully refurbishment, a ground floor extension, and a loft conversion.

The Ground Floor incorporate a new kitchen and dining area facing to the garden. The rear facade window wrap around the dining room, increasing the sense of space and opening to the garden.

At the side, connected with the side access, a utility room, storage, pantry and toilet, adds extra functionality to the house, but without compromising the views to the garden.

A selection of calm and warm materials, creates a sense of tranquility, but also gives character to the house.

A completely re layout of the first floor, allows to incorporate a new en-suite bathroom.

The new loft was designed for two young boys, creating a bedroom for each and a shower room in between the two rooms.
